Covering topics like legal tech, digital law, cybersecurity, data governance, and artificial intelligence, these courses delve into the subjects transforming the legal profession.
WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE:
- Top-Tier Education: Delivered in English by renowned law professors from diverse universities, the program provides deep insights into modern legal practices and emerging technologies. Topics include intellectual property rights, digital contracts, cybersecurity, internet law, digital markets and services, data governance and privacy, and internet crime.
- Industry Expertise: Be inspired by seasoned professionals from the tech industry. These experts will share their journeys, offering practical insights and success stories from building tech companies and innovative products and/or services.
- Multidisciplinary Perspectives: Learn from practitioners in business, IT, law enforcement, and art to gain a comprehensive understanding of how law integrates with modern technologies in real-world scenarios.
- Day trip to Bucovina: Embark on a day trip to Bucovina, where enchanting painted monasteries meet the stunning Carpathian mountain garden, all wrapped in breathtaking winter landscapes! To align the day trip with the theme of digital law, we’ve planned a surprise presentation on the winter school’s topic, set to take place in one of the picturesque mountain towns we’ll visit!
The program concludes with the International Conference on Legal Perspectives on the Internet (COPEJI 8.0), where PhD students and young practitioners can present their papers and publish their work, adding an academic milestone to your journey. COPEJI 8.0 is part of the Winter School and all the participants to the Winter School must also attend the panels of the international conference on the 1st of March 2025.
